Planning Approval: the relationship between the City of Stirling, Development Assessment Panels and the WA Planning Commission

If you have ever wanted to know more about the planning approval process for both residential and non-residential, then come along.

It is less than two weeks away, so please put the date in your diary.

Andrew Lefort, Manager City Future, and Ronni Howe, Senior Planning Officer Heritage, both from the City of Stirling, will discuss various decision-making pathways for development, including Development Assessment Panels (DAPs) and the State Development Assessment Unit as well as the City's Heritage Protection Area Planning Framework.

The discussion will provide key information about how it all works and how the community is involved in the process. This will be the opportunity to find out everything you want to know about this process and have your questions answered.

Please join us on Monday 27 March 2024 at 7.00pm at the Forrest Park Croquet Club, 66 Harold Street, Mt Lawley. An RSVP by email would be appreciated. mountlawleysociety@gmail.com
